This path is typically chosen by medium to high-risk manufacturing companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make a contract<\/strong> with OSGB (OSGB - specialized external agency).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Take on your own<\/strong> functions (if certified and trained).<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em><u>If you decide to hire your own specialists and physician<\/u><\/em><\/strong> <strong><em><u>or implement OT on their own.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Get training and certificates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you, as an employer, are taking on the role, pass the <strong>approved training<\/strong> (16 hours) and pass the exam, then receive the document \"\u0130\u015fveren veya \u0130\u015fveren Vekili E\u011fitimi Tamamlama Belgesi\". The training is organized by universities and trade unions through a protocol with the Ministry of Labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Register in SG-KAT\u0130P system&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are an authorized representative from the company (specialist\/physician\/trained employer), enter the data into the system <strong>\u0130SG-KAT\u0130P<\/strong>. Services are considered valid from the moment of confirmation in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organize occupational health and safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish a basic occupational health and safety system:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risk assessment<\/strong> (in-house or through a certified organization).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elaboration <strong>security measures<\/strong>: safety equipment, guardrails, instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee training<\/strong>: induction and periodic courses on ITB, evacuation, first aid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning <strong>emergencies<\/strong> and conducting drills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medical examinations<\/strong>: pre-initial and periodic examinations through a physician.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining <strong>HSE log <\/strong>under 6331 of the Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maintain and monitor the system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep it to a minimum <strong>10 min\/staff\/month<\/strong> for the specialist and <strong>5 min\/staff\/month<\/strong> For a physician (or equivalent hours).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide <strong>time, place and equipment<\/strong>trusted specialists\/physicians.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spend <strong>internal checks and audits<\/strong>and address the violations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What happens if you don't fulfill<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penalties for non-compliance with labor protection discipline currently for companies: monthly from 177,326 to 531,978 TL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Determine if you fall under the new requirements (low risk + &lt;50 employees).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appoint or hire specialists and physicians.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the training, get the credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register in the \u0130SG-KAT\u0130P system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement an occupational health and safety system: assessments, training, physical exams, plans...<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the system on a regular basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid penalties for non-compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em><u>If you decide NOT to hire your own specialists and doctor, but to contract with an OSGB (Ortak Sa\u011fl\u0131k G\u00fcvenlik Birimi - an external certified organization).<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps for implementing OT with OSGB (OSGB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Define the parameters of your company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risk category: \"Az tehlikeli\" (low risk).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The location of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This data will be needed to calculate the required service hours and price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Select OSGB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find a licensed OSGB in your region (the list is available on the website of the Ministry of Labor or at \u0130SG-KAT\u0130P).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check for a valid license; experience with your industry; and testimonials from other clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Make a contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formalize a formal contract with OSHA. The contract should specify:<br>list of services provided (doctor, OHS specialist, medical examinations, training, etc.); frequency of services (depending on the number of employees - minimum 15 minutes per month per person in total); cost; contract period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register the contract in the system <strong>\u0130SG-KAT\u0130P<\/strong> - OSHA will do this for you, but you must confirm via e-Devlet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organize the interaction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designate a contact person from your company to work with OSHA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide OSHA specialists with access to the facility; a place to work (if necessary); and access to company and employee records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Take the first services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the OSHA collaboration began:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>will <strong>risk assessment<\/strong> in the workplace;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepare <strong>OHS action plan<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organizes the initial briefing of employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>amount to <strong>occupational health and safety documentation<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>will conduct initial employee physicals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maintain the system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate monthly visits between the OT specialist and the physician.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure new employee orientation; periodic physicals; risk assessment updates are completed in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement the recommendations of the specialists and eliminate the identified violations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep all reports and documents from OSHA - they may be requested during an inspection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check with \u0130SG-KAT\u0130P that your company is listed as a serviced company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pros of working with OSHA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cheaper than hiring in-house specialists;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no need to go through the training yourself;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No worries about certifying personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minuses:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>less flexible than their own specialists;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it is important to monitor the quality of their work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need help in organizing occupational health and safety in your company, you can contact us for advice and a service to accompany this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discounts for ordering the service until 30.09.2025 - 5.000 TL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Determine the category and number of staff OT staff Three paths are possible: If you decide to hire your own specialists and physician or implement OT yourself.
